Rento, a premium Finnish sauna brand, possesses a powerful social presence with over 12,000+ followers. However, as a B2B-focused brand, their digital funnel often hits a dead-end when products are "Out of Stock" on the main site. High-intent customers are forced to leave the site and search Google for local sellers—a friction point where most sales are lost.

​The Solution: A Win-Win-Win Ecosystem

​I engineered a Digital Retailer Hub prototype designed to monetize Rento’s existing traffic without adding operational overhead. This "Traffic Bridge" transforms out-of-stock pages into a premium marketplace for Rento’s global distributors.

The "Partner of the Month" Engine: A high-visibility, paid advertising slot for top-tier retailers (e.g., Superior Sauna & Steam), turning the website from a cost center into a direct revenue stream.

Frictionless Conversion: By bringing the "Shop Now" button directly to the customer, we cater to the "convenience-first" shopper, routing them to local inventory with a single click.

Data-Driven Partnerships: The system is built to provide Live Click-Tracking Stats. By demonstrating high click volumes on specific products (e.g., 1,000+ monthly clicks on the Arctic Pine Body Balm), Rento gains powerful leverage to sell premium referral spots to their partners.

B2B Protection: Designed specifically to support—not compete with—the existing wholesale network, strengthening the relationship between the brand and its retailers
